Refunds to balance
All refunds go back to your SMMHO balance. Balance is not withdrawable.
Cancellation
Pending orders can be cancelled in your order history and the full charge goes back to your balance.
Orders that have started cannot be cancelled.
Partial orders
If only part of the quantity is delivered, the order ends as partial and the cost of the undelivered quantity goes back to your balance.
Refill
Services with a refill period top up drops within that period. Drops on services without refill are not refunded.
Not refunded
Quantity that cannot be delivered because of a wrong link, a private account, or a username or link change during the order is not refunded.
